SAN ANTONIO -- Police say they are looking for an escaped prisoner on Thursday afternoon who was last spotted on the city's northeast side.
A spokesperson for the San Antonio Police Department said the call came from 321 Center Street around 12:30 p.m. The Department of Family and Protective Services is listed at that address.
The suspect was described as a young man. Police said he was last seen near Splashtown around Binz Engleman with shackles around his waist and handcuffs on his wrists.
