SAN ANTONIO -- Officers will continue to pull drunk drivers off the roads throughout Labor Day weekend.
Bexar County's "No Refusal" initiative has led officers to stop dozens of people for driving under the influence.
The policy enables officers to enforce a blood sample examination from anyone who refuses to take a breathalyzer test after getting pulled over on suspicion of drunk driving.
Bexar County implements the policy over busy driving weekends, like last July 4, when law enforcers arrested more than 150 people on DWI charges.
The legal alcohol limit is .08.
