SAN ANTONIO -- The body of a woman was found overnight in the front seat of a car in the 1700 block of N. Hamilton, police say.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately available.
San Antonio police said a passerby reported finding the woman passed out in the back of the car around 5:18 a.m. Thursday.
Police said they saw signs of blood inside the car but were unable to move the body until the Bexar County Medical Examiner arrived.
