SAN ANTONIO - One man is in the hospital and another in police custody Saturday after a fight over drugs turned violent in the 700 block of Rice Rd.
According to police around 10:45 p.m. Friday, two men were doing drugs and started arguing over who was going to get more.
That's when one man pulled a knife and stabbed the other in the stomach.
The victim remains at San Antonio Military Medical Center in stable condition.
Police say the stabber claims it was self-defense.
