San Antonio fire crews were called to a fire in the 100 block of Kimberly Drive around 10:15 p.m. Saturday night.
When they arrived, firemen found the garage fully engulfed with flames and were told someone was inside the house.
A 45-year-old woman was found in a bedroom not breathing.
She was revived and remains at University Hospital.
No word on the cause of the blaze.
