SAN ANTONIO -- A 24-year-old man was taken to the hospital after being stabbed in the abdomen overnight by his father, police say.
The victim was taken to University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police said the stabbing stemmed from an argument between the father and son early Monday morning at a home in the 1100 block S. San Marcos Drive.
The father was taken into custody, but police said they are unsure what charges, if any, will be filed.
