A former Salvation Army worker who stole gifts from the Angel Tree learned her punishment Monday.
A jury sentenced to former Salvation Army security guard to a year in prison.
Authorities said Lisa Woodard stole the presents from under the tree.
As part of her punishment Woodard must also pay the Salvation Army more than $1,000 in restitution.
