The Alamo Alamo Regional Mobility Authority is considering two toll road projects on the city's north side.
The proposal covers a 13-mile stretch of Loop 1604 from Bandera Road to Hwy 281, and an 8-mile stretch of 281 from Loop 1604 to the Comal County line.
Not everyone is on board with the $700 million proposal.
The plan has still not been voted on. If approved construction could be completed by 2016.
