San Antonio Police arrested 29-year-old Ursula Cadena on charges of child abandonment. She's accused of leaving her three children in her car while she went inside a bar.
Sunday someone in the 600 block of West Avenue saw the three kids and called police.
The police report said the mother had at least six beers. Police arrested her and took the children to a shelter. Children's Protective Services is investigating.
A woman at Cadena's house identified herself as the children's grandmother and said they were trying to get the children back.
KENS 5 called Cadena who declined to comment on-camera.
