NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas -- A 17-year-old New Braunfels High School student is facing felony charges for making a terroristic threat against his classmates, police say.
New Braunfels police said the teen threatened to "shoot up" the campus on Facebook.
There were no specific student of faculty mentioned in the threat, but a concerned citizen noticed the post Thursday morning and called police.
The school was placed on lockdown while the teen was located.
The student's name is being withheld until a hearing Friday.
