An elderly New Braunfels man has been arrested and charged with sexually abusing several young girls continuously for nearly 10 years.
New Braunfels police say Refugio Ortega began sexually abusing young girls in 2003. They say there were multiple child victims.
Ortega was arrested Wednesday at his home.
He was charged with first degree felony, which means Ortega could face up to 99 years in prison if he is convicted.
