SAN ANTONIO -- Authorities need your help getting a wanted murderer off the streets.
The Hays County Sheriff says 42-year-old Paul Tovar helped kill 35-year-old Walter Capello whose body was found in a pickup truck during a traffic stop in New Braunfels last week.
They say Tovar has ties to San Marcus but his car was found abandoned in San Antonio.
Deputies have already arrested Johnny Soliz Jr., Nemesio Garcia Jr., and Eloy Davila Jr.
