The body of a San Antonio man has turned up almost 200 miles away, near Waco.
After a motorist reported finding the body on Friday, an autopsy determined the body was that of Llael Garcia-Rodriguez.
Garcia-Rodriguez, who had been reported missing, died of stab wounds to the chest, according to the medical examiner.
The victim's white 1996 Chrysler Sebring has not been located.
