Homeowners dispute demand to remove pre-existing flagpoles

Owning your home doesn't necessarily mean you are in control of your home. That's what one area family found out when their homeowners association told them to take down their flag poles.

But there's a catch.

The homeowners weren't the ones who put up the poles. The builder did, and the homeowners, who bought the home 'as is',  say they are going to stay up.
