SEGUIN, Texas — Police say an 18-year-old man has confessed to critically injuring a Seguin teenager with a baseball bat on Sunday.
Joe Sandoval was arrested Tuesday morning.
Seguin police said Sandoval and another man allegedly beat the suspect in the 500 block of North Goodrich Street and then left him in the middle of the street.
The victim was flown to an Austin hospital with severe head trauma.
Sandoval was booked on a $100,000 bond.
