SAN ANTONIO -- A 27-year-old San Antonio man has been arrested for allegedly threatening to kill his girlfriend at gunpoint.

According to arrest affidavit, Randall House attacked his girlfriend at her home on Aug. 9 after she wouldn't tell him who she was talking with on her cell phone.

House allegedly got very angry and began hitting the victim on her head, back and legs.

The victim told Bexar County sheriff's deputies that House pulled out a handgun and said, "I'm probably going to go to prison anyway so I'll just kill you!"

The victim was able to run out of the house and call police from a neighbor's house.

Investigators said the victim had bruising, lacerations and severe swelling three days after the alleged assault.

House was arrested and taken to the Bexar County Jail on $50,000 bond.
