A local man stands accused of a pretty disturbing crime: Secretly videotaping his step-daughter.
51-year-old Robert Samaniego is charged with improper photography.
The incident allegedly happened earlier this month.
According to the warrant, Samaniego set up a small surgical camera in the wall of the bathroom where his step-daughter showered.
She eventually noticed the hidden device and told her mother.
