San Antonio police have charged a third UTSA student in connection to a suspected 2011 hazing incident.

Zachary Rodriguez was arrested Tuesday.

Rodriguez is president of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Chapter involved in the alleged hazing.

The school says the incident involved partial nudity, the burning of skin and consumption of "questionable liquids."

The fraternity has been banned at UTSA through 2015.

Just last week, The Dallas Morning News reported that the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity has been put on deferred suspension on the SMU campus pending the outcome of an investigation into an alleged beating of a student from another fraternity.
