KERRVILLE -- Police charged Jesse Baker for driving while intoxicated last Thursday after authorities said he ran a red light.
The case gets more interesting when considering two things - Baker wasn't driving a car, but rather a front loader and it's Baker's third driving while intoxicated charge.
Authorities were alerted to Baker after witnesses reported his reckless driving, which police said included running over two road signs.
As for the front loader, police said it turned out stolen.
Bake may face additional charges pending a further investigation.
