Stephanie Gonzalez is like a lot of people: When her car broke down she simply couldn't afford the part to have it fixed.

She's took her car at Advanced Auto Tech, where is sat for roughly nine months. The owner, Juan Guajardo, told her the computer had burnt out.

But Gonzalez told the mechanic that she couldn't afford the part right now. Guajardo in return told her she needs to retrieve her car. They talked, and instead, Guajardo told her she could leave it at his shop until she could get a computer. But since his shop was so busy, Guajardo towed the '95 Neon to another location.

Around the middle of January, Gonzalez came up with the part and took it to Guajardo. He told her he would try to get to it as quickly as he could. A month passed and Gonzalez still didn't have the car. Gonzalez's boyfriend called a couple of times, but Guajardo was so busy he simply couldn't get to the car. That's when she called Eyewitness Wants To Know.

We went by to see Juan Guajardo. He immediately told us the whole story and said it took her so long to get the part that she obviously was not in a hurry. Guajardo had a worker immediately go get the Neon and install the computer. He called us about three hours later to let us know the car was ready.
