A San Antonio motorcyclist is recovering, not from a crash, but from a stabbing downtown.
According to police, the biker, Edward Espinoza, was revving his engine near a horse carriage on Navarro and Martin just before midnight.
They say the carriage operator, Richard Yanas, kept telling the motorcyclist to stop taunting his horse. According to the report, Espinoza refused. The two men then fell into a heated argument, and Yanas reportedly got down out of the carriage and stabbed the biker once.
EMS transported Espinoza to University Hospital, and is in fair condition.
Yanas was arrested at the scene and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
