SAPD Police Chief William McManus said a fund has been set up for recovering two-year-old Braylon Nelson. Braylon was involved in a head-on collision when his father was driving him home on October 4, 2011.
Braylon, who was left paralyzed from the neck down by the accident, is undergoing intense therapy at an area rehabilitation center.
