SAN ANTONIO -- A grandmother and her grandson were frightened for their lives after becoming victims of a home invasion overnight.
They said two masked men with guns not only ransacked their home but threatened to hurt them.
The home invasion happened after 11 p.m. Thursday in the 2500 block of Kingswell on the city's west side. Police arrived shortly after the incident happened.
The grandson said the two men kicked the door down. Both of them were dressed in black and wore masks.
He said one of the men pointed a gun to his face and told him to get down. The other went after his grandmother, who was near her bedroom. That man dragged her to the living room.
Both were told to be quiet and look down.
At one point, the grandson said one of the men cocked a gun and threatened to harm them. Meanwhile, the other man ransacked the home.
The men took off with several flat-screen TVs, some jewelry and the grandmother's car.
Both men remained on the run Friday morning.
