A San Antonio man is behind bars and accused of sexually abusing a girl who could be as young as four after the discovery of a tape showing the crime.

San Antonio police arrested John Robert Ray on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child. He remains in the Bexar County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.

According to an arrest warrant, a group of movers helped Ray's family move Aug. 29. Police said during that move, the 48-year-old offered some items to the movers. One of them reportedly got a television/DVD from the child sex suspect.

Investigators said the mover took the device home to his daughter. They reportedly discovered a DVD left inside the player containing video of a four-to-five-year-old girl performing a sex act on an adult male.

The man also allegedly found images of the child posing in a sexual nature with and without clothing.

Police said they received a call from the mover Sept. 2 reporting what had been found. The warrant said after officers verified the DVD's lewd content, they ran a search warrant at Ray's home.

Ray reportedly agreed to voluntarily come to police headquarters for questioning.  They said he confessed to being the man on the video. The incident allegedly happened in December 2005.
