A former teacher is going to jail for inappropriately touching a San Antonio student.
On Wednesday Phillip Barcena received a five-year deferred prison term.
Barcena was taken into custody in open curt to do 180 days in the Bexar County Jail with credit for time served.
He was a teacher at East Central High School when the incident took place in January 2011.
