SAN ANTONIO -- A man is in critical condition after rolling his car Friday morning on Loop 410 near Old Pearsall Road.
San Antonio police said a blown tire caused him to lose control and eventually flip over on the side of the road.
The victim was rushed to University Hospital after crews freed him from underneath his vehicle.
