SAN ANTONIO -- Authorities say another victim in the brutal pickup truck crash in South Texas has died from injuries, bringing the death toll up to 15.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said 12 men and three women are among the deceased, including two juveniles.
The truck packed with 23 suspected illegal immigrants crashed Sunday evening near Goliad, about 90 miles southeast of San Antonio.
The eight remaining survivors are in Hospitals in San Antonio and Victoria.
The Texas Department of Public Safety said on Tuesday that the wreck was likely caused by a blown tire.
The victims were from Guatemala, Honduras and Mexico.
