Police have made an arrest in a Craigslist deal that backfired.

They say 20-year-old Sammy Villa agreed to buy a camera listed on the website.

Villa and two other men met up with the seller Monday at an I-HOP restaurant near IH-410 and Hwy 151.
But instead of buying the camera, investigators say they flashed a gun and demanded it.

The seller, who has a permit to carry a concealed weapon, shot Villa twice.

The other two men ran off.

Villa remains in the hospital Tuesday evening.

Officers booked him by proxy, charging him with robbery.
