Loop 1604 roadway closures for October 26-28:
Starting Friday night, Oct. 26, and continuing every night throughout the weekend from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., the eastbound main lanes on Loop 1604 will be closed from Gold Canyon to Redland Road.
This closure will be in place so that workers can remove existing bridge rail and bridge edges and form the new bridge deck for the Gold Canyon bridge. All traffic will be detoured to the frontage lanes.
Starting Friday night, Oct. 26, and continuing through noon on Saturday, Oct. 27, Loop 1604 westbound main lanes from Stone Oak to Blanco will be closed. Traffic will be detoured to the frontage lanes. Expect delays if traveling Loop 1604 westbound.
Starting Saturday night, Oct. 27, both 1604 westbound and eastbound main lanes at Huebner will be closed 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Westbound Loop 1604 traffic will be detoured onto the frontage road in advance of Stone Oak and will be able to re-enter the Loop 1604 main lanes at Northwest Military Highway. Expect delays if you are traveling this area from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
