SAN ANTONIO -- About 20 passengers aboard an Americanos charter bus were stranded for more than 5 hours during a trip from Austin to San Antonio.
The bus left Austin around 3 p.m. and broke down about 15 minutes later. One passenger said the driver managed to slowly drive to a convenience store, where passengers waited.
Several passengers complained about lack of communication. A mechanic was called to the scene, but arrived two hours later.
The passengers were supposed to arrive into San Antonio around 4 p.m. They rolled into the Greyhound station just before 10 p.m.
