At Model Fiesta XXIX, these mini creations are a big hit

Whether you're a fan of model planes or just enjoy super-glue and small plastic parts, "Model Fiesta XXIX" was the place to be Saturday. Hundreds of model plane enthusiasts descended on the Live Oak Civic Center for the celebration of all things 1/18th actual size.

In addition to showing off the models, there were also awards for various categories, including best NASCAR, best spitfire and most humorous or off-beat model.
