A San Antonio man accused of secretly videotaping sexual escapades with a juvenile girl is out of jail on bond. Daniel Timoskevich was charged with improper photography Sunday. The 34-year-old made a $10,000 early Monday morning.
According to an arrest warrant, he used a web cam on a laptop to record sex acts between he and a teenage girl. The alleged victim told police she was his girlfriend between 2007 and 2009.
The girl claims she was a teen during that time. But she reportedly wasn't sure of her age at the time of the video in question.
Investigators said the girl became aware of the recording after an ex-boyfriend told her he saw it on a commercial pornography site. The victim reportedly verified the video after seeing it on the site herself.
The warrant said she determined the uploaded act happened at the suspect's home in the 4000 block of Alpine Aster. In addition, the victim alleges the covert video occurred without her knowledge.
She contacted police on Saturday. Coincidentally, that was Timoskevich's birthday.
Police determined after viewing the video that the victim was never aware of the presence or position of the camera. According to investigators, Timoskevich still has the video and possibly other such recordings.
The warrant said he is currently under investigation for charges of sexual assault of a child in this same case. Bexar County Detention Center records show he was arrested for the same crime in February 2008.
