In Alamo Heights, children are learning how to use a stun gun, and some are asking: Aren't they too young?
The police department doesn't think so.
KENS 5 crew member Israel Chapa voluntarily was shocked with a stun gun Tuesday night to help show kids as young as 14 years old what it's like to use a stun gun on the front lines.
Teens packed City Hall chambers to learn how to use the police device.
Alamo Heights police said the sooner the better for these aspiring police officers to learn about "use of force."
