It has  been six months you can still see signs of the collapsed wall at the homes in the Hills of Rivermist subdivision.

Homes along the wall remain vacant.

There is still a big fight to hold Pulte-Centex accountable for the crumbling retaining wall. Some of the residents are still fighting to get the builder to buy back their homes.

Some of the Rivermist residents have formed a group called the United Homeowners USA. They plan on touring the state to spread the word to other home buyers. They want to tell the story of  their situation and the hardships they say were caused by the builder.

Just last month, the City of San Antonio agreed with Pulte-Centex on plans to permanently repair the retaining wall completely.

But even that is not enough for some residents.

Chuck Cervantes, whose home is on the other side of the street from the wall, says he will never be able to sell his home for what it is worth. He fears his life-long investment into his retirement home is lost.

"We have a lot of the other neighbors that are still in distress, military families that are being deployed and can't sell their homes. They 're really facing serious challenges," says Cervantes.

The construction to fix the wall is expected to take six months.
