Start with a one-mile run, then do 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats and then finish with another one-mile run...all within an hour.

For most, Memorial Day is spent barbecuing with family and friends spending time at the pool or beach.

Thousands of others remembered Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael Murphy in a different way. They didn't break out the charcoal or beach towel. They broke a sweat.
