Doctors trying to figure out why healthy teens can't ward off H1N1 virus

For reasons doctors are still trying to understand, the H1N1 flu is hitting some healthy teenagers especially hard. Many young people across the country are dying.

Above, CBS News' Manuel Gallegus tells the story of 15-year-old Jessica Samples of Fort Worth, Texas, who contracted the virus and barely held on to life.
