Thief steals outdoor decorations from house on Christmas Eve

"This guy needs to get caught so he doesn't steal other people's things," the victim said.

On this Christmas Eve, a thief snatched a Christmas inflatable decoration from a house on the city's northeast side, and it was caught on camera.

"I mean how dare he," Cheryl Mora said. "It is just like a slap in the face."

The Mora's live off Quail Lake Drive. They posted the theft on Facebook and the Nextdoor App.

"This guy needs to get caught so he doesn't steal other people's things," she said.

It was so quick that it happened in a matter of two minutes. They say that their Snoopy inflatable meant a lot because Cheryl is a pilot. It was also a gift from her husband.

The couple filed a police report and hope that guy is caught.

"We are not going to let it ruin our Christmas," she said.

If you recognize the thief, please call police.
