Police make arrest in aggravated kidnapping case

Terrell Hills police have announced that they've made an arrest in a aggravated kidnapping case in which a man forced someone to give him a ride to evade police.

According to an affidavit, 28-year-old Efrain Rodulfo and another suspect in the case, Adam Saenz, broke into a home on the 400 block of Garraty on July 6. It goes on to say that the two tried to evade police after witnesses reported the incident.

The affidavit describes how another victim claims that Rodulfo, at gunpoint, forced the victim to give him a ride to a VIA bus stop and threatened the victim further so that the victim wouldn't report the incident to police.

Saenz was reportedly hesitant to help police identify Rodulfo as his accomplice in the crime because he "feared for his family."
