SAN ANTONIO - Paramedics were helping a patient inside a building on the city’s west side when they walked outside to discover someone had stolen their ambulance.

The incident happened just before 3 a.m. Saturday when the paramedics discovered their ambulance was stolen.

The suspects were spotted on Fredericksburg heading toward Wurzbach when they tried to squeeze the ambulance between two vehicles at an intersection but ended up hitting both of them.
