A trip to a convenience store Sunday morning cost a man his pickup truck.
Police say the man was carjacked while walking into the Right Stuff Food Mart on WW White Road. The victim told police two men assaulted him. One reportedly pistol-whipped the victim.
The men then stole the keys to his truck and left with it, say authorities.
The victim was treated at the scene for head injuries. The suspects remain on the loose.
