SAN ANTONIO -- A man accused of a deadly shooting on the city's southwest side is finally in custody.

Now 20-year old Facundo Yanez is facing murder charges in connection to the shooting death of 28-year-old  Sonny Guerrero back in July.

The shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. July 29 at a home in the 800 block of West Harlan.

Police say Guerrero showed up to the home with two other men to get a television set that his brother had left at the house.

His two friends were also shot but managed to jump into a car and drive away from the house.

They crashed a few blocks from the house.

They survived with serious injuries.
