Juan and Bertha Prieto knew there were going to be problems when the hail started falling in February. Bertha said they must have been golf ball-sized stones. Afterward they went outside to see a lot of damage to both of their vehicles.

Their insurance company sent them checks to cover the damage to both vehicles. They took Juan's truck to Pro Series Collision. They say the owner, Luis Solis, told them it would only take about a week. A week later they say the stall tactics began.

The Prietos say they heard several different excuses that all ended with, "You'll have the truck next week...next week."

But, in May, Bertha had had enough.

She and Juan drove to Pro Series Collision, where Bertha told Solis to let her have the truck whether it was done or not.

She says Solis told her it was already painted, but it was still drying.

She says she told him fine, but she wanted to see it.

Then Solis refused to let her see the truck because it was in a bay drying, but promised they would have the truck back that afternoon.

A month later she called Eyewitness Wants To Know.

When we went by Pro Series Collision near the intersection of Timberhill and Grissom Roads, the shop was locked up tight. When we called the number, no one answered. So we called Luis Solis' cell phone number. The voice mail said it could accept messages right now.

The Prietos say they are tired of waiting and are going to file theft charges against Luis Solis.
