Augustine Ramirez was involved in a wreck at the beginning of the year.

Fortunately, Ramirez has a friend who has a body shop. He took his car to Raul Rivera at Helotes Collision & Auto Repair.

He says Rivera told him it would take a couple of weeks and the car would be back on the road. Ramirez paid $700 up front.

But seven months later, Ramirez called us because he says no matter how many times or how many ways he has asked, Rivera simply would not complete the work on his car.

We drove to the shop off FM 1560 and saw Ramirez’ Monte Carlo in the same shape as it was in pictures he says he took three months ago.

Rivera was not at the shop.

We called later in the day and Rivera said he has so much work he gas been running crazy, but he promised to have the Monte Carlo back to Ramirez by Saturday.

We’ll let you know if he comes through.
