If you live in south Texas and want grass, you are going to have to water it.
One San Antonio family had a sprinkler system put in by All American Irrigation Systems for $3,000, but when it and the installer wouldn't work properly, they called Barry Davis and Eyewitness Wants To Know.
"The reason why I ordered the sprinklers was we were going to lay new sod," Luis Velazquez said.
The sprinkler system was installed in a day, but Velazquez noted, "After they left I noticed an area was not being watered."
Then he noticed another area, behind his shed, where the rain sensor was not working, so he called Chris Mayberry with All American Irrigation Systems.
Mayberry assured him the problem would be fixed.
Velazquez says he has called back numerous times to set up appointments with Mayberry, only for him not to show up.
We called Mayberry and he apologized for not resolving the Velazquez problem...he promised he would be there Monday.
