Donna Kinnamon says her ex-husband made a deal with A&V Perez construction to come in and re-level their home and replace the kitchen and bathroom floors. They worked off several draws, and the work went along fairly well, until about six months ago.
The Arevalo family says the Perez team left one day and has never returned to finish the job. Kinnamon and her son Kevin showed us the work they paid Perez to do. The floors are still un-level and the work that was done, Kinnamon says is not done well.
We tracked down Perez Construction to a home on the south side. No one was home, so we called Adrian Perez. He claims Kinnamon doesn't have a claim because he made the deal with Mr. Arevalo, Kinnamon's ex-husband.
Perez also says the work they performed was done well. He admits they never completed the job, but he says that's because of Kinnamon's attacks on them.
He claims Kinnamon is constantly slandering them, but he is currently trying to work out a settlement with Mr. Arevalo and the BBB to finish the job.
