Christian Armstrong was pretty excited about adding on to her hill country home. She hired Florida Rooms Corporation in San Antonio to put in lots of windows and an open space. The room was about 90 percent done, although it still needs some touch-up work. But Armstrong said the contractor just stepped off the face of the earth. He disappeared. Eyewitness Wants to Know called Hector Mesa, one of the owners of Florida Rooms. Mesa said Armstrong had become abusive and kept changing her mind about everything. According to Mesa, Armstrong began demanding free add-ons, and eventually told him to leave the property and not come back. Mesa said he wants Armstrong to be happy. He said Florida Rooms is willing to eat the labor costs to fix anthing the homeowner feels isn't up to par.
