Some local low-income families say when they have a problem, they’re not getting the help they need from the San Antonio Housing Authority.

We called SAHA to find out what you need to do to make sure the issues around your home get addressed in a timely fashion.

First, you need to contact your property manager and request a work order number on the job.

If you’re still not satisfied, you can always call SAHA’s customer service department at 477-6777.

If you have a job that’s not getting done, give us a call at 377-8647 or send an email to EWTK@KENS5.COM.
