Several San Antonio Housing Authority clients called and emailed this week about issues or problems they were having in their apartments. They say they can't seem to get appliances or their air conditioning repaired or even keep the water flowing.
We called SAHA to find out how residents go about asking for assistance with their apartments and what steps they needed to take to make sure the needs are met without having to wait for days on end.
They tell us first thing is to contact the properties manager and let them know what the issue is. Then request a work order and make sure you get the number of the work order.
If you think more than enough time has passed to process the request and make the repair, call SAHA’s customer service department at 477-6777 and make sure you have all the information on that specific issue.
