Salvation Army hosts charity fashion show featuring KENS 5 models

Several members of the KENS 5 team hit the runway for a good cause on Saturday to benefit the Salvation Army.

At the Omni at the Colonnade, KENS 5’s Karen Grace, Alicia Neaves, and Ximena Alvarez hit the runway for a good cause.

They were styled in donated duds that were sold after the show to benefit the Salvation Army.

Jean French of The Women's Auxiliary held the fundraiser along with the fashionable emcee, Michael Quintanilla, who was wearing what he described as his Camo-Salvation-Armani jacket.

Since 1889, the Salvation Army has provided emergency shelter and transitional housing for men, women, and families experiencing homelessness.
