The Federal Reserve decides the future of interest rates Tuesday afternoon.
While the Central Bank is expected to keep rates at near-zero percent, Wall Street will be looking for clues about the direction of rates later this year.
Investors will also get the latest on new home construction. The government forecasts a slight dip in February due to a string of bad weather. The report is also expected to show building permits -- a sign of builder confidence -- fell slightly last month.
